Our Mission
GraceHill Care exists to make sure no family walks this road alone. We focus on the person behind the need, offering steady support, genuine warmth, and a home where every day feels safe and unhurried.
About GraceHill Care Adult Family Home.
GraceHill Care was built on a simple idea: growing older, or needing extra support, shouldn’t mean losing the comforts of home. Here, residents are known by name, not by a room number, and every part of their day is shaped around what actually matters to them.
Situated in Everett, Washington, our home runs on consistency and trust. We take the time to learn each resident’s habits, preferences, and pace of life, so care feels less like a routine and more like being looked after by people who genuinely know them.
Good care starts with paying attention. We keep our environment calm and unhurried, so residents can hold onto their independence and sense of self, while families rest easy knowing someone is always watching over their loved one.
Our Philosophy
Assistance with daily life is only part of the picture. What matters just as much is being seen, heard, and included, so residents feel like themselves, not like patients.
At GraceHill Care, we look after the whole person, not just their care plan. That means making room for laughter, hobbies, and quiet moments of joy alongside health and safety. We want our home to feel like exactly that, a home, where residents settle in, feel comfortable, and look forward to each new day.
Everyday Care, Delivered With Heart
GraceHill Care offers steady, attentive support around the clock, so residents and their families never have to wonder who’s looking after them. Every service is shaped around the person receiving it, not a one-size-fits-all checklist.
We want residents to feel at home in every sense, safe, comfortable, and genuinely looked after, no matter what stage of life they’re in.

MEET YOUR CAREGIVER
Welcome! My name is Yeshi, and I am a proud wife, mother of three, sister, aunt, and friend. My husband and I have been blessed with two wonderful daughters and one son. My life is centered on God first and family always. Caring for others is more than my profession, it is the calling God has placed on my heart.
Since 2009, I have had the privilege of caring for seniors and adults while raising my own family. Through these experiences, I have learned that the greatest gift we can offer another person is to make them feel loved, respected, heard, and valued.
Yeshi, Founder
In 2019, my mother suffered a stroke that affected her memory and mobility. As the eighth of her children, I was deeply honored to care for her for five years. Those years were filled with challenges, but they were also among the greatest blessings God has given me. They allowed me to experience firsthand the love, patience, sacrifice, and trust that caregiving requires — and I’m grateful to say my mom is doing well and happy today.
More than anything, those years confirmed the dream God had placed in my heart: to create an Adult Family Home where every resident is cared for as family.
Growing up, I watched my parents open their hearts and home to anyone in need.
Their kindness, generosity, hospitality, and unwavering faith taught me that serving others is one of life’s greatest privileges. Those values continue to guide every decision we make at GraceHill Care.
I am the eighth of my mother’s children, and I cherish every moment I was able to spend caring for her. Those years confirmed what I had dreamed about for a long time, opening an Adult Family Home where every resident feels safe, valued, respected, and truly at home.
Caring for loved ones is a cherished part of my culture. Growing up, I watched my parents open their hearts and home to people who needed help. Their example of kindness, generosity, hospitality, and selfless service shaped the person I am today. They taught me that caring for others is one of life’s greatest blessings, and those values continue to guide me every day.
My vision is to create more than just a place to live. I want to provide a warm, peaceful, and loving home where every resident is treated like family. I understand that choosing an Adult Family Home is one of the most important decisions a family can make, and I am committed to earning your trust through compassionate, high quality care and open communication.
Thank you for considering our home. It would be a true honor and privilege to care for your loved one and welcome them into our family. I pray that every person who enters our home feels safe, respected, loved, and cared for as if they were one of our own.
Our Commitment To Care
At GraceHill Care, every decision starts with the person it affects. We take the time to understand each resident’s needs, preferences, and comfort level, then build our care around that, not the other way around. Families can count on steady communication, consistent routines, and a team that treats their loved one like part of the family.
